One day, I’ll have a camera with a good wide-angle lens… In the mean time, I hope you can get the idea. Most of my before and after pictures are taken the same day – that means the space represented took anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to complete (offices usually take longer, though – where all the work is out-of-sight – like inside the file cabinet).

Staging
This duplex was a lot of fun to stage because I had a chance to give each side a different feel. This one was modern with cool colors – the one next door was warm and more family-friendly.
